With professional experiences ranging from General Electric to IBM to Red Hat and as an entrepreneur for technology ventures like ServiceTrade, Billy brings a broad perspective to best practices in customer service, marketing, and sales. Billy graduated with highest honors in aerospace engineering at Georgia Tech and holds two graduate degrees from MIT. He lives in Chapel Hill, NC with his wife and three daughters.

He works to bring successful strategies from consumer and high-tech customer service, sales, and marketing into the realm of commercial service contracting. On weekends you’ll find Shawn cooking tasty meals, rock climbing, and enjoying other outdoor activities with his wife and two dogs.
